Nobody in Lahore publishes their rates, everybody says "DM for price," and so every man shopping for a trainer is comparing numbers he collected one awkward conversation at a time. Here is an honest map of the market instead.
The short answer
In Lahore, at the time of writing, you will generally find:
- Gym floor "training included": free to very cheap with a gym membership. You get occasional attention, not coaching.
- Group classes and camps: the cheapest real structure. You follow the room, not a plan made for you.
- Standard personal trainers: a wide middle. Anything from a few thousand rupees a month at a local gym to much more at premium gyms. Quality varies as widely as the price.
- Serious one-on-one coaching: the top of the market. You are paying for a plan built on your body and your life, adjusted week by week, by someone experienced enough to know what to change and when.
Prices move with the city, the gym, and the year, which is why this guide gives you the map and not a menu. Any specific number you hear is true for that trainer, at that gym, this season.
What actually drives the price
- Attention. One-on-one time is the expensive ingredient. A trainer splitting an hour across five clients costs less than one watching only you. You get what is watched.
- Experience. A coach who has trained hundreds of bodies charges for the mistakes you will not have to make. Cheap trial-and-error is not cheap; it costs you months.
- Planning outside the session. The visible hour is half the work. Is someone building your program, checking your food, adjusting weekly? If the coaching stops when the hour ends, so should the price.
- The gym's rent. Part of a premium-gym trainer's fee is the premium gym. That is fine; just know what you are paying for.
Cheap and expensive: both can be a waste
- The cheapest trainer is a waste if he gives you the same photocopied plan he gives everyone, watches his phone during your sets, and calls a crash diet "nutrition coaching."
- The most expensive trainer is a waste if you are paying for his gym's marble floors instead of his attention.
The question is never "how much per month?" It is "what am I getting for it, and is it built for me?"
Questions to ask any trainer before paying
- Will you measure me and write down my starting point, or do we just start?
- Will my plan be written for my body and schedule, or is it a standard one?
- What happens between sessions? Is my food part of the work?
- What do you honestly think I can achieve in the time I have?
- Can I see how you track progress?
A good coach enjoys these questions. A photocopier hates them.
How coaching works here
This site's coaching starts with a paid Physique Audit: your measurements, your training history, your food reality, and an honest read of your timeline, written down. You keep the report either way, and the fee is told to you before anything begins, in plain numbers on WhatsApp. No packages pushed, no seasonal offers, no pressure. That is the standard this page recommends you demand from anyone, including us.
Roman Urdu — khulasa
Lahore mein trainer ki fees ka koi fixed rate nahin. Gym floor wali "training" membership ke saath taqreeban muft hoti hai, magar woh coaching nahin hoti. Group classes saste hain magar plan sab ke liye aik hota hai. Personal trainer ki fees local gym mein kam aur premium gym mein zyada hoti hai, aur quality ka farq bhi utna hi bara hai.
Keemat asal mein char cheezon se banti hai: kitni attention milti hai, coach ka tajurba, session ke bahar ki planning (khana, weekly adjustment), aur gym ka apna kharcha.
Paise dene se pehle yeh poocho: kya mujhe measure karke likha jayega? Kya plan mere liye banega ya photocopy hai? Sessions ke beech kya hota hai? Mere waqt mein kya realistic hai? Acha coach in sawalon se khush hota hai.
Prices in Lahore change by gym, area and season. This guide explains the market honestly instead of quoting numbers that will be stale by next year.
